What does the warranty cover?
- Our warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a product proves to have such defects within the warranty period, Rosana will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge. If repair or replacement isn’t feasible, we might offer a refund of equivalent value.
- This warranty doesn’t extend to:
- Normal Wear and Tear: For example, regular wear of expendable parts like washers, O-rings, or filters.
- Improper Installation: Damage resulting from not following the installation instructions provided with the product.
- Abuse or Misuse: Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper operation, alteration, or unauthorized repairs.
- Improper Maintenance: Damage to the finish from using abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or incorrect maintenance methods.
- Environmental Factors: Damage due to water quality issues (like hard or corrosive water), freezing, extreme temperatures, acts of God (such as earthquakes, fires, floods), or any environmental conditions outside the product’s designed specifications.
- Non-Rosana Products: Products, parts, or accessories not manufactured or sold by Rosana.
- Non-Original Parts: Using non-original Rosana parts or unauthorized service.
- Secondhand Purchases: Products bought from unauthorized dealers or as a secondhand item.
