1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Area

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
  • Delivery Area: We currently ship to all residential and commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

2. Shipping & Service Restrictions

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please take note of the following restrictions:

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses. An eligible physical address is required.
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam).
  • Address Changes: Your order’s shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed and prepared for shipment. If you have made an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@rosanashop.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
    • Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Transit Time: After processing, orders are shipped from our US-based fulfillment partner’s warehouse in California via Standard Ground Shipping. Transit time is typically 2 to 5 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note, it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
  • Important Disclaimer: All shipping times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not liable for unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors. We strongly recommend waiting to receive and inspect your products before scheduling any professional installation.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with major US carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including FedEx, UPS, and others. The carrier for your specific order will be chosen based on the destination and package size.

5. Order Delivery & Inspection

Your responsibility upon receiving your order is crucial for protecting your purchase.

  • Inspect the Package: Before accepting the delivery, please inspect the exterior of the package for any significant signs of damage, such as rips, dents, or holes.
  • Inspect the Product: Immediately after delivery, please open the package and carefully inspect your item(s) to ensure they are correct and in perfect condition.
  • Reporting Issues: Any issues, including damage, defects, or missing items, must be reported to us by following the procedure outlined in our [Refund & Returns Policy]. Please do not install or use a product you believe to be damaged or incorrect. We are unable to address claims for visible damage or defects once a product has been installed or altered.

  • Damaged Items: If your product is damaged, please refer to our [Refund & Returns Policy] for detailed instructions on how to report the issue and receive a prompt resolution.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Address: If a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided was incorrect or because the carrier was unable to complete the delivery after multiple attempts, you may be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
