This Return & Refund Policy is issued by Jiangmen Anmei Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), the parent company of the Rosana brand.
Your satisfaction is our goal, and we have designed our return process to be as simple and transparent as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in brand new, resalable condition.
- Free from any scratches, dents, or defects.
- In their original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You may use a carrier of your choice to arrange the return shipment.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
2. What Can’t Be Returned? (Exclusions)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Liquidation.”
- Custom or special-order products.
- Any product that has been installed, used, or altered in any way.
Any items that are non-returnable will be clearly marked as such on the product description page.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in brand new condition as per our eligibility requirements.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange (both for returning the original item and for shipping the new item).

4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
- In this case, the order will need to be treated as a return. Please follow our standard return process once the item is delivered.
- Refused Deliveries: Refused deliveries will be treated as a general return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we are here to make it right.
- Notification Window: Please inspect your order upon delivery. A claim for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt.
- How to Report: Please contact us at info@rosanashop.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- Our Promise: We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund. In these cases, Rosana will cover all associated return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the problematic item.
- Important Note: Reporting issues promptly allows us to assist you effectively. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may limit our ability to provide a resolution. We are unable to address claims regarding damage or defects once the product has been installed or altered. Please inspect your items thoroughly before installation.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at info@rosanashop.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization (RMA): Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with an RMA number and the correct return shipping address. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Ensure the product is in its original, brand-new condition and securely packed in its original box with all accessories to prevent damage in transit.
- Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Ship the Package: Arrange for the package to be shipped back to the address provided using a carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
7. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (typically within 2-3 business days), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The refunded amount will be the original purchase price of the item(s).
- Please note that it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Important Additional Guidelines
- Labor & Installation Costs: Jiangmen Anmei Industrial Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any labor costs related to the handling, installation, or uninstallation of purchased items.
- Pre-Installation Inspection: We strongly recommend waiting to receive and thoroughly inspect all products before scheduling any professional installation to avoid any scheduling conflicts or costs.
